TruCast Characteristics
 has the following material attributes: 

    -  The material is 5-10% lighter than concrete and can be poured as thin as 1/4 - 1/2".

-  It has a PSI of between 7,000 and 11,000 lbs, depending upon the formulation.

-  It has tensile and flexural strength of 1,000-1,400 lbs.

-  The material is mold resistant

-  Doverra passes standard freeze/thaw tests due to its low thermal expansion co-efficient

-  The material cures rapidly.

-  The material has high plasticity and is easily molded and formed.

-  The material exhibits high readability and readily takes any form or imprint from molds.

-  The material accepts limitless colorization, which coupled with the use of various aggregates such as glass, copper, mica, granite chips, and other ground stone, allows it to be made to look like almost any building material, including limestone, slate, granite, etc. It also provides you with the ability to create a look of your own.

The material can be formed into any shape.  In the above photo, the material was cast into a piece with multiple curves, but with a wood simulation surface texture and color.
Colors and Textures

The textures and colors that can be obtained with TruCast are limited only by your imagination. By experimenting with a wide range of colors and various types of aggregates such as glass, mica, pea gravel, copper, shells, granite chips and other ground stones, you can get exactly the design that you desire. Below are a few samples of the various looks that can be obtained.
