Project: A [300-Unit] Multifamily Finish-Out

A [City] developer came to us with structural plans and no interior design. We designed the unit finish package, then made, stored and installed it community-wide.

The scope

Cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, window treatments, lighting and hardware — one coordinated package, specified once and repeated across every unit, plus the model unit, leasing office and clubhouse.

How it ran

We manufactured the cabinet and top runs on our own lines, staged the whole order, and released it unit by unit on the turnover schedule — so trades were never waiting on material.
