What we stand behind

We stand behind our work and pass through the warranties offered by the manufacturers whose products we supply. This page explains, in general terms, what is covered.

Manufactured and fabricated items

Products we manufacture, fabricate or finish — such as cabinetry, vanities and stone tops — are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and proper maintenance, for the period stated on your order or quote (or, if none is stated, for [one year] from delivery).

Sourced products

Items we source from other manufacturers carry that manufacturer's warranty, which passes through to you. We will help you make a claim under the applicable manufacturer's warranty.

Installation

Where we perform installation, our installation workmanship is warranted for the period stated in your agreement (or, if none is stated, for [one year] from completion), under normal use.

Natural material variation

Natural materials such as stone and wood vary in color, veining and grain, and may change over time. Reasonable variation is inherent to the material and is not a defect.

What is not covered

Normal wear and tear; misuse, abuse or accident; installation performed improperly by others; improper cleaning, maintenance or sealing; damage after delivery or during handling by others; alterations or repairs by anyone other than us or our authorized providers; and damage from moisture, environmental conditions or building movement.

Our remedy

For a valid claim, we will, at our option, repair, replace, or issue a credit for the affected item. This is your exclusive remedy. We are not responsible for removal, reinstallation, or consequential costs unless required by law or the applicable manufacturer's warranty.

Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated here or in a manufacturer's written warranty, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

How to make a claim

Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We will guide you through our warranty process or the manufacturer's.
